soo.. i like this guy, and i think my bestfriend also likes this guy. she claims she hates him, but whenever he is around she just has to talk to him and flirt with him in front of me, even though she knows how strongly i feel about him. his everything i want in a guy. but us being so close, she takes advantage of the fact that she is 'trying to bring us closer'. i don't understand why she doesn't want me to be happy. this is the first time since my last bf that i've been serious about someone. i helped her get her guy.. so why can't she help me, be a good friend and encourage me to take things further with this guy. I'm always there for her and she's never there for me.. honestly i feel betrayed. what should I do? ps. sorry about the rant lovely. x

WOW, looks like someone is a little bit jealous of that fact that you have someone special in your life. I don’t understand why she is acting that way it doesn’t seem like a real friend. But I would for sure say talk to her straight up and see what is going on. Maybe she isn’t even worth being the best friend if she is out to hurt & betray you.
