i'm in love with this guy. we've been friend like forever and i always been there for him anytime he needs me. he does the same thing to me too. every night he called me or at least text me. my feeling towards him become stronger and stronger everyday. i thought he is the one but sadly, before i can express my feeling, he told me through text message that he's in love with another girl and they become gf/bf in an instant. i was so hurt so i told to leave me alone. but he said that he miss me so much and he needs me in his life. i can't pretend to be his friend anymore. i can't pretend that i'm okay with it. and at the same time i can't really tell him how much i'm in love with him. what should i do?

Honestly I think that he wants you around for the attention and the nice comforting feeling that someone else out there wants you. a lot of people like that sort of thing and it is something that usually drives people to cheat or cause issues in a relationship. You don’t have to tell him you love him or any feelings you have. You just have to be strong and move away from him. tell him you aren’t there to be his security blanket and that you can no longer be his friend because of the way he mis treated you. You deserve someone who will love you for you as well as someone who you can trust as a really great friend.
